Good Morning/Nite Dazees,

Welcome back to Green Wednesdaze, the weekly survival guide for the hungry, bored, stoned, and paranoid.

You know who don’t get enough flowers in my opinion? Baby from Cash Money.

Before he was Birdman. Before he was #1 Stunna. Bryan Williams had rap dreams and was smart enough to know that rap dreams alone don’t build an empire.

He could have kept it about himself. Instead he found the Hot Boys, four rappers from different hoods in New Orleans, and gave them a home. He found Mannie Fresh who became one of the greatest producers in hip-hop history. And behind the scenes the whole time, his older brother Slim was running the business, thinking three moves ahead.

That is a team. Not a solo act with helpers. Everybody playing their position.

It’s time I did the same with Nap Pack. Creative director. Content person. Brand ambassadors. I need em all. My vision is getting so big that it can’t be executed with me alone.

Where are you with your business? Are you holding on to everything out of fear? Comfort? Who could you add today that makes an immediate impact?

Cash Money wasn’t built by one person. It was built by Baby knowing exactly who to put around his dream.

Lucky number this week: 32

This is the amount of permanent gold teeth Baby had before Cash Money Records ever signed a record deal. A mouthful of commitment.

Proceed with caution to the most important 745 words of your week.
