Welcome to issue #005.
This morning I paid for production samples for two Project 001 accessories. That feels like progress, but ordering samples from China always puts a knot in my stomach. A good idea is the easy part. Getting every detail right is where the money, time, and stomach pain show up.
Small brands like Nap Pack do not get unlimited chances to get manufacturing wrong. One weak zipper can make a great bag feel cheap. One crooked tag can make the whole product look rushed. Customers will never see the late-night messages, revised measurements, or money spent getting those details right. They will only know whether the finished product feels worth what we asked them to pay.

I have two accessory samples in production, two plugs searching for Pi Chew, and two more episodes of Fightland to prove 50 wasn’t talking crazy when he said it was better than Power.
